My Mission

Combines Western and Chinese Modalities to Great Effect --

We have seen over and over again just how deeply illness seems to run in our global culture. Americans especially are sicker than they have ever been before, largely because of the obesity epidemic, which has caused a host of diseases. Irregular diets, high stress environment, and sleep deprivation are contributing to this rise in illness. People simply do not have the knowledge to take care of themselves or exert control over their wellness.

I would like to bring the power and truths of Chinese medicine into the modern world, making better health and wellness possible. This concepts dates back more than 5,000 years into the past, and they come from the vibrant traditions of acupuncture and herbal medicine. We incorporates leaves, flowers, minerals, tangerines, roses, cinnamon, and other herbals into my practice and views health from the traditional perspective:- good health is not just the absence of disease but a holistic and healthy mindset also. I serve as your bridge to Chinese medicine, explaining these infinitely useful concepts in ways that are easy to understand, breaking apart the voodoo-esque terms that so often scare people away.

Using Chinese medicine to prevent disease, I promote harmony with nature, more consistent healing, and stronger immunity. I am a wholehearted proponent of the idea that the body can heal itself under the right conditions. I encourage everyone around me to live a balanced lifestyle, eat good foods, and get enough rest.

I strive to bring out the beauty of each season, and rather than trying to fight nature in my practice, I illustrate a basic tent of Chinese medicine:- there is a stage in our life for every process we may encounter, and each stage is to be embraced and celebrated. The best medicine, in my opinion, would include a healthy lifestyle, a positive mind, clean water, and organic food.

Because I have been trained in both Western and Chinese modalities, I connect the truths of Chinese medicine to the modern world.
