On 1/7/2020, VA Orlando has switched over to CCN managed by Optum.  Wai Acupuncture has proactively credentialed into Optum as VA CCN provider.  As usual, it requires VA’s approval for treatment.  Please reach out to your local VA Community Care office for approval.  Let them know you would like to see Dr Nancy Chau of Wai Acupuncture & Integrative Chinese Medicine and reference to Dr Nancy’s NPI number (1013409754) or our company NPI number (1487146122) for identification.  Once we have the approval confirmation, we will promptly schedule your appointments.
